  • The rate for a 50 minute session is $135. There is a sliding scale for those who qualify.

  • We have a variety of treatment modalities our clinicians use, including Mindful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, ACT, crisis assessment, trauma informed techniques, play therapy and parenting education and a continual effort to develop professionally.

    With children and families, the best course of treatment includes open dialogue between parents and children. While maintaining confidentiality is important, it is imperative that the lines of communication remain open with total family involvement through the process.

    Clients may request access to their counseling records by submitting a written request.

    • Your full legal name (and any previous name used during services)

    • Date of birth

    • The specific records requested or date range

    • Your preferred delivery method (secure portal, encrypted email, or mail)

    What types of records can I access?

    Certain information, such as psychotherapy notes maintained separately, may be limited or excluded in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

    How long does it take to receive my records?

    Records are provided within the timeframes required by Texas and federal law. If any fees apply (such as copying or mailing costs), you will be notified in advance.

    Who regulates licensed professional counselors (LPCs) in Texas?

    Licensed Professional Counselors in Texas are regulated by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC).
